Tristan Edwards, the co-founder of Life Biosciences, is the co-founder and CEO of Entheos Labs, a Boston-based biotech created within Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) that treats mental health disorders and explores broader questions around human consciousness using psychedelic compounds. Tristan has extensive global financial capital markets, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary oversight experience, following a 16-year investment career spanning leading financial organizations across Australia, London, HK, and Singapore. His professional background has been in senior investment roles at leading financial groups such as Goldman Sachs, Brevan Howard, Trafalgar Capital and Mosaic Asset Management. He started his career as an analyst with the Australian Commonwealth Department of Finance. Tristan has a degree in commerce from the University of Tasmania and held the CFA, CMT, and CPA designations.

David A. Sinclair, PhD, AO is a professor in the Department of Genetics at Harvard Medical School best known for his work on understanding why we age and how to slow its effects. His lab is working on epigenetic changes as a driver of aging and the use of reprogramming factors to reset the age of cells and tissues. He has published over 200 scientific papers, is a co-inventor on over 50 patents, co-founded biotech and consumer companies, four of which have gone public, and is the author of the New York Times bestselling book Lifespan: Why We Age and Why We Don’t Have To. He serves as co-chief editor of the scientific journal Aging and has received more than 35 honors, including the Australian Medical Research Medal, the NIH Director’s Pioneer award, and has been on TIME’s lists of the “100 most influential people in the world” and the “Top 50 people in healthcare.” He is an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO).
